Full refunds will be given as follows: tickets purchased by credit card will automatically be refunded to the same card and tickets purchased by cash or check will be refunded by check within four to six weeks. Please hold onto your tickets until the refund has processed. It is not necessary to come to the Box Office at Savage Arena to receive the refund.
